About GoodRinger

GoodRinger is Josh Martin's sole-proprietor business, providing an AI receptionist service for independent body shops.

Demo requests

Our contact form collects your name, shop name, phone number, email and optional message. We use this information only to reply about a demo. We do not sell it or share it for marketing. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and email provider, Google Workspace, process it to deliver the request. Requests may include submission time, IP address and country for basic abuse handling.

AI calls and shop data

Calls to shops' forwarded lines are answered and handled by an AI, not a person. Call recordings and transcripts are handled per the shop's service agreement with GoodRinger.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser and referring site. It sets first-party cookies such as _ga. We do not send form contents to Google Analytics, use ad trackers or sell data. See Google’s policy. You can block cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
